While we endeavour to do everything we can to prepare your food as quickly as possible, we are however a small family business and have a limited number of trained staff. On weekends we have additional part-time staff to expedite orders. Should waiting times become too long we will hire more staff when we can.
If you can’t wait for your food then the best thing to do is order during weekdays (Mondays-Thursdays) when we are considerably less busy. If you must order on a weekend we are busiest from 6pm-8pm.
Yes, we want our customers to be happy with their order. If there is an ingredient you don’t particularly like we can omit it from the dish.
We can also add ingredients, but we will use less of other ingredients to ensure the dish is correctly balanced. While most common ingredients can be added for no extra charge, some ingredients we may need come at additional cost to cover the cost of those ingredients. i.e extra king prawns.
If you change the dish significantly we will try to find the closest in similarity dish on the menu and base the price on that dish. i.e Char Siu Pork with mixed vegetables (not on the menu) would be closest to a beef with mixed vegetables.
Yes we cater for large events. In the past we have provided large orders of Chinese food for large parties, retirement homes, and community centres.

(Usually large orders are made weeks in advance to ensure that we have the correct levels of stock.)
Please contact us for more details.
If you’re not satisfied with your order please contact us. We want to understand the nature of your dissatisfaction so we can better provide for our customers and make improvements where possible.
If we get your order wrong, let us know and we will do what we can to make it right.
